WashAway Xtreme ™ – Patented, advanced chemical technology designed to clean, prepare and profile (CSP 1-4) concrete substrates in preparation for application of penetrating surface treatments (such as VersaGuard ™ or DualGuard ™) and topical flooring systems (such as coatings and adhesive-based flooring products).

This “Smart Chemical Technology” quickly deep cleans concrete and the surface is prepped and profiled for proper paint/coating adhesion or installation of a flooring system.  It can be safely used indoors, outdoors and in confined spaces.

WashAway Xtreme ™ replaces mechanical methods that create dangerous silica dust and toxic acid-etching products.

It’s as easy as:

1. Spray on with low pressure sprayer
2.  Scrub (if needed)
3. Wait 1 hour to overnight
4. Pressure wash or rinse away well
