Return

Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Time Frame: You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

Proof of Purchase: To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Return Process

Initiate a Return: Contact us at mat@bcepoxydepot.ca with your order number and reason for return.

Ship Your Item: Once your return is approved, send your item to: BC Epoxy. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Inspection and Approval: Upon receiving your return, we will inspect the item and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Refunds

Approved Refunds: If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Partial Refunds: There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Shipping

Return Shipping Costs: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Shipping Times: Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

Tracking: If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us at mat@bcepoxydepot.ca.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

Local Taxes

Please note that local charges (sales tax, customs duty) may occur, depending on your region and local customs duties. These charges are at the customer’s own expense.

Payment

All products remain BC Epoxy property until full payment is made. The price applicable is that set at the date on which you place your order. Shipping costs and payment fees are recognized before confirming the purchase. If you are under 18 years old you must have parents’ permission to buy from BC Epoxy.

All transfers conducted through BC Epoxy are handled and transacted through third party dedicated gateways to guarantee your protection. Card information is not stored and all card information is handled over SSL encryption. Please read the terms & conditions for the payment gateway chosen for the transaction as they are responsible for the transactions made.

Personal Information

All personal information you provide us with or that we obtain will be handled by BC Epoxy as responsible for the personal information. The personal information you provide will be used to ensure deliveries to you, the credit assessment, to provide offers and information on our catalog to you. The information you provide is only available to BC Epoxy and will not be shared with other third parties. You have the right to inspect the information held about you. You always have the right to request BC Epoxy, to delete or correct the information held about you. By accepting the BC Epoxy Conditions, you agree to the above.
